WHY THIS NOTICE?

This page describes the methods the site uses to handle your personal information. This notice complies with the requirements of article 13 of Italian Legislative Decree no. 196 of 20 June 2003 – Code for the Protection of Personal Data – and is provided in your interest as a user interacting with the web services that can be accessed electronically via the address www.bipres.it.

WHERE WE PROCESS YOUR DATA

Processing operations related to this site’s web services, which are physically on the servers of Aruba SPA, headquartered in Loc. Palazzetto, 4 – 52011 Bibbiena (AR) Italy, are carried out at the offices of Bipres S.p.A at Via Nazionale n. 21 – 47017 Rocca S. Casciano (FC) Italy and only by employees, collaborators or persons appointed to do so or by entities providing occasional maintenance services. No data deriving from the web service is disclosed or disseminated. The personal data you provide as a user of this site when requesting informational material, is used only for the purposes of providing the service requested and is passed on to third parties only if necessary to that end (see section entitled “Optional Provision of Data”).

TYPES OF DATA PROCESSED

Browsing Data
This site uses computer systems and software procedures that acquire certain personal data during their normal operation. The transmission of this data is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. This information is not collected in order to be associated with identified parties; however, due to its very nature, it could lead to the identification of users through processing activity and association with data held by third parties. This category of data includes the IP addresses or domain names of computers used by users who connect to the site, addresses in URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) notation of the resources requested, the time of the request, the method used in submitting the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numeric code indicating the response given by the server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters related to the user’s operating system and computer environment.
This data is used only to derive anonymous statistics about the use of the site and to check its correct operation; it is cancelled immediately after it is processed. Additionally, in some cases (not subject to the ordinary management of this site) the Authority may request information pursuant to article 157 of Italian Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 for the purpose of monitoring how personal data is being processed. We are not responsible for errors, content, cookies, publications with illicit content, advertising, banners or files not conforming to current regulations found in these linked sites nor are we responsible for their privacy policies. As the data subject, you have the right, at any time, to ask us to confirm whether or not we are processing information about you; to know the content and origin of the data; to verify its accuracy; and to have it supplemented, updated or modified (article 7 of Italian Legislative Decree 196/2003). Under the same article, you have the right to have the data deleted, converted into anonymous form, or blocked if illegally processed, and, in any case, to object to the processing of your data for legitimate reasons. COOKIES

A cookie is a text stored in the hard drive of a computer once authorization has been granted. If consent is given, the text is downloaded to a small file. Our website www.bipres.it uses cookies only to record, on the user’s request and for a limited number of days (30), the user’s access identification (ID) in order to allow safe and efficient exploration of the site. In this respect, no personal information is acquired by the site. No cookies are used for transmission of personal data; no user tracking systems are used. The cookies used in this site do not resort to digital techniques that may potentially impact the user’s browsing privacy in a negative way nor do they allow the acquisition of the user’s personal identification data.

 

NAVIGATION AND STATISTICAL DATA COLLECTED BY THIRD PARTIES

According to the customary practice on the Internet, this site uses statistical analysis tools able to collect and track certain navigation data. These tools are provided and managed by third parties. A large number of websites in Italy and in other countries outsource these technologies and activities but not many mention this in their “Privacy Policies”. As we would like to be as fair and transparent as possible, we have chosen to disclose this fact. However, please let us know if you need additional information or clarification. Since this data is collected by tools and Companies other than the company managing the site, it is not physically available to Bipres S.p.A. Therefore, we only have read-only access to the data and are thus unable to modify or delete it.
